blockApp
blockApp blocks the apps and websites you pick, on schedules you set: at certain times or places, on certain Wi-Fi, or once you've used an app for a set number of minutes in an hour or a day. A quick check lets you open a blocked app for a moment, and time in apps you choose as productive can earn time in blocked ones.
Where it runs
- Android phone, the main app.
- Chrome and Firefox, as a browser extension that blocks websites.
- iPhone, using Apple's Screen Time (in testing).
Your data
Everything blockApp keeps stays on your own device. If you choose to sync your devices, you sign in with Google and blockApp copies your schedules and today's counts to a hidden folder in your own Google Drive that only blockApp can open. There is no blockApp server, no ads and no tracking.
